1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Conceivable website, streaming services, live events, and all associated features (collectively, the "Service") operated by SYLOE GROUP, SAS, a company registered in France ("SYLOE," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the Service, including creating an account or purchasing digital content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and participants in referral or reward programs.
Certain services (e.g. live events, referral systems, or payment processing) may be governed by additional specific terms ("Supplemental Terms"). In the event of a conflict, the Supplemental Terms prevail for the relevant service.
SYLOE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Our Service
2.1 Platform Overview
The Service allows users to access and stream films and other digital content, including Conceivable the Movie and related materials. It also includes interactive experiences such as live events, Q&A sessions, and community participation features hosted on the Tribushare infrastructure.
2.2 Availability
The Service and available content may vary by territory and may be subject to licensing, technical, or legal restrictions. SYLOE may modify or discontinue certain features or content without prior notice.
2.3 Technical Requirements
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all equipment, internet access, and software required to use the Service. Streaming quality depends on your connection and device. SYLOE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
2.4 Live Events
Live video or audio sessions ("Live Events") may be offered as part of the Service. SYLOE reserves the right to record, broadcast, reschedule, or cancel Live Events at its discretion. Users are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, or redistributing Live Event content without prior written consent.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account ("Account") and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your details promptly as needed.
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By creating an Account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your Account. SYLOE is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account.
3.4 Account Termination
SYLOE may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or present security or integrity risks. You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected].
4. Pricing & Payments
4.1 Payment Processor
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. By purchasing content or tickets, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4.2 Pricing
Prices are displayed in your local currency, inclusive of applicable VAT where required. SYLOE reserves the right to modify prices or introduce new fees at any time, effective upon publication on the Service. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
4.3 Purchases & Refunds
All sales for digital content (including streaming or rental access) are final once streaming begins.
You may cancel a purchase within:
- 14 days of purchase for EU users (in accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code), provided streaming has not started.
- 48 hours of purchase for non-EU users, provided the content has not been viewed or downloaded.
Refunds for Live Events are issued only if SYLOE or the event organizer cancels the event.
4.4 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your purchases. SYLOE may collect and remit such taxes as required by law.
5. Tribushare Rewards & Referrals
5.1 Overview
The Service may include a rewards and referral system ("Tribushare Rewards"), allowing users to earn credits or commissions through referrals or participation in promotional campaigns.
5.2 Conditions of Use
- Rewards have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may only be used within the Tribushare or Conceivable ecosystem.
- SYLOE may change or discontinue the program at any time without liability.
- Fraudulent activity, fake referrals, or misuse of promotional codes will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards.
5.3 Payouts and Limits
If cash-out or commission features are offered, payments will be processed via Stripe and subject to applicable tax reporting and anti-fraud checks. Minimum withdrawal thresholds or verification steps may apply.
5.4 Termination of Rewards
If your account is terminated or suspended for violating these Terms, all pending or earned rewards are automatically forfeited. Tribushare Rewards do not represent ownership, revenue share, security interests, investment, or financial participation in the film.
6. User Conduct & Content
6.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information to SYLOE.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Access the Service through unauthorized automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.).
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
- Upload or share content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy, or applicable laws.
- Use the Service for illegal, defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory activity.
- Manipulate the Tribushare Rewards system (e.g., through fake accounts or self-referrals).
6.2 Live Event Conduct
During Live Events or community sessions, you must not record, stream, or redistribute the event without SYLOE's written consent. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or disruption of live sessions will result in immediate removal and account suspension.
6.3 User Content License
If you post or submit any content ("User Content"), you grant SYLOE a non-exclusive worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, and distribute that content solely to operate, maintain, and provide the Service. Any promotional use of user-generated content will require separate user consent .. You retain ownership of your content, but SYLOE may user consent.. You retain ownership of your content, but SYLOE may remove it at any time if it violates these Terms or legal standards.
6.4 Content Monitoring
SYLOE is not obligated to monitor User Content but reserves the right to review, moderate, or delete any content at its discretion. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content.
7. Ownership & Licensing
7.1 Platform Content
All intellectual property related to the Service — including trademarks, logos, design elements, text, video, graphics, data, and software — is owned by SYLOE GROUP or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its content for personal, non-commercial use. No rights are transferred to you except as explicitly granted in these Terms.
Conceivable the Movie, all artistic materials, artwork, trademarks, and associated creative assets are the exclusive property of People Throw Rocks At Things That Shine, LLC and its licensors.
7.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Service or its content without permission.
- Create derivative works or modify source materials.
- Reverse engineer or decompile any software associated with the Service.
- Use SYLOE's trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
7.3 Third-Party Content
Some content may be licensed from third parties or collaborators (including creators, distributors, or rights-holders). Such content remains their property and is made available solely under license for personal viewing via the Service.
8. Live Events (Extended)
8.1 Access and Participation
Live Events, including Q&As, meet-and-greets, and virtual screenings, are provided as part of the Service. Access may be limited to registered or paying users.
8.2 Recordings and Replays
SYLOE may record Live Events for quality control, marketing, or replay access. By participating, you consent to being recorded and to the internal use of such recordings for quality control, moderation, and to provide replays to participants. Any promotional use of a participant’s likeness will require aseparate signed release.
8.3 Event Changes
SYLOE reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any Live Event for operational or technical reasons. In such cases, you may be offered alternative access or, where applicable, a refund in line with Section 4.3.
8.4 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining an appropriate environment during Live Events. Offensive behavior, spam, or disruption may lead to permanent exclusion from the platform.
9. Termination & Suspension
9.1 By SYLOE
SYLOE may suspend or terminate your Account with reasonable notice, except in cases involving fraud, security threats, or illegal activity, if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable law.
- Fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.
- Continued use poses a risk to the Service, other users, or our partners.
9.2 By You
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, all access to digital content, rewards, and referral earnings will cease, and no compensation will be provided.
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ends. SYLOE may retain limited data as required for legal, financial, or compliance purposes.
9.4 Service Discontinuation
SYLOE reserves the right to discontinue the Service or any part thereof. In such case, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable, and refunds may be issued only for pre-paid access not yet delivered.
10. Liability & Disclaimers
10.1 No Warranties
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available". SYLOE makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
10.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SYLOE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- SYLOE's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service at issue.
10.3 Third-Party Services
SYLOE is not responsible for third-party links, payment processors, or partner content accessible via the Service. You use such services at your own risk and under their respective terms.
10.4 No Guarantee of Availability
Access to certain content, rewards, or live features may depend on third-party rights or network conditions. Conceivable the Movie will remain accessible to paying users for the purchased access period, except in cases of legal, rights, or force majeure period, except in cases of legal, rights, or force majeure constraints.
10.5 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights under French or EU law, including your right of withdrawal for eligible digital purchases (as outlined in Section 4.3).
11. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
11.1 Overview
With respect to personal data collected through the Conceivable platform, People Throw Rocks At Things That Shine, LLC is the Data Controller. SYLOE GROUP, SAS acts solely as a Data Processor on behalf of the Controller. Any future changes to data processing responsibilities or permissions shall require mutual written agreement between the Controller and the Processor. The data controller responsible for processing your personal data in connection with the Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).
11.2 Data We Collect
We may collect personal data such as your name, email, billing address, IP address, payment details (processed via Stripe), and engagement history with the Service (e.g., viewing, referrals, or event participation).
11.3 How We Use Your Data
We process your data for:
- Providing and maintaining the Service.
- Processing payments and fulfilling transactions.
- Managing user accounts and customer support.
- Running referral or rewards programs.
- Complying with legal obligations and fraud prevention.
11.4 Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is based on your consent, the necessity to perform a contract (e.g., content purchase), or SYLOE's legitimate interests in operating the platform securely and effectively.
11.5 Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law.
11.6 Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Request data portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).

11.7 Data Transfers
If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, SYLOE ensures adequate protection through approved mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

12. Arbitration (Non-EU) & Jurisdiction (EU)
12.1 For Users Outside the European Union
For users residing in the United States, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), or through litigation in the courts of the user’s state, at the user’s option.
- The seat of arbitration shall be Paris, France.
- The language shall be English.
- Each party shall bear its own costs, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You waive any right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings against SYLOE, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12.2 For Users Within the European Union
Users in the EU may bring claims before the competent court of their habitual residence, or in France before the Tribunal de Commerce du Val-d'Oise.
Consumers in France benefit from mandatory consumer protections under the Code de la Consommation.
12.3 Informal Resolution First
Before any formal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the issue's occurrence.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Supplemental Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and SYLOE and supersede all prior agreements regarding the Service.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13.3 No Waiver
Failure by SYLOE to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without SYLOE's prior written consent. SYLOE may assign its rights to any affiliate or successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
13.5 Force Majeure
SYLOE shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, cyberattacks, or regulatory restrictions.
13.6 Language
These Terms are provided in English. A French translation may be provided for convenience, but in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
